In 1995, I, Lloyd Sewell was advised by : London Borough of Hillingdon, my Local Authority and the UK's Small Business Service that I should approach West London Training & Enterprise Council (WLTEC), for assistance with starting my business project. |
However instead of assisting to start my business as promised, Dr Phillip Blackburn, then Chief Executive of West London Training & Enterprise Council, (Member of the British Labour Party) - stole my business icluding my Business Plans West London Training and Enterprise Council :: 1997, stole my business and obtained £1.762(m) in 1997, from the Government Office for London and developed my business project for themselves. |
