On 26-December-2023, I was 83 years(+) old.

In 1995, I, Lloyd Sewell was advised by :

London Borough of Hillingdon, my Local Authority and the UK's

Small Business Service that I should approach

West London Training & Enterprise Council (WLTEC), for assistance with starting my business project.

However instead of assisting to start my business as promised, Dr Phillip Blackburn, then Chief Executive of West London Training & Enterprise Council, (Member of the British Labour Party) - stole my business icluding my Business Plans

West London Training and Enterprise Council :: 1997, stole my business and obtained £1.762(m) in 1997, from the Government Office for London and developed my business project for themselves.

As well as attempting to bring the matter before the courts at my own expense and to my detriment, in 2005, I wrote to Prime Minister, Tony Blair,

The Seven Principles of Public Life
  • Selflessness
Holders of public office should act solely in terms of the public interest.
  • Integrity
  • Holders of public office must avoid placing themselves under any obligation to people or organisations that might try inappropriately to influence them in their work.

When Mr Gordon Brown became prime minister and due to many speeches about a "New Tone of Government and Inclusion and Participation,"

I also brought the matter to a number of other government departments - government agencies - Members of Parlement and The Fraud Office, most failed to respond and in my last attempt - my email address was blocked by the Houses of Parliament Web Sertvices
